There’s no better way to enjoy fall than relaxing around a cozy campfire and sharing s’mores, conversation and a perfect fall day with your friends and family!
New in 2017! Picnics by the Pond Campfire Sites include 6 picnic tables, 4 benches, trash cans, fire pit and firewood. Gaver Farm will start and maintain your fire! You are welcome to bring additional seating and food. Advance reservations are required.
Cost: The cost is $100 per site, plus Fall Fun Festival admission per person. The $100 Campfire Reservation Fee is a non-refundable deposit that must be paid to make your reservation.
Campfire Availability: Saturday and Sunday from 10 am – 2 pm or 2 pm – 6 pm.
Please bring your Campfire Check-In Form for a quick and easy check-in! Campfire hosts, please arrive 1/2 hour early so you have time to set up your party and greet guests at the Admission Barn.
Weather Policy: Gaver Farm reserves the right to cancel your campfire if weather and/or wind are a concern, or if Frederick County or the State of Maryland issues a burning ban. A farm manager will notify you by phone or the email listed on your reservation as soon as the decision has been made to cancel, delay or postpone the fire. Rain dates cannot be given at the time of booking, but rescheduling is possible if time slots remain available. Please call the morning of your reservation for options, rescheduling or cancellations.
