Enjoy a 2 hour party at our farm-themed private Party Pens! Party Pens include a party barn, tables and fenced barnyard! They are located inside the Fall Fun Festival, with over 55 fun-filled attractions, photo features and friendly farm animals!

The online Party Pen Fee covers the rental of the physical Party Pen space. It does not include tickets to the Fall Fun Fest. All guests attending the party are required to have a ticket.

Step 1: Pay for the Party Pen! Make your reservation online by paying the Party Pen Fee: select your date and time slot (or multiple time slots for a longer party)! The online Party Pen Fee covers the rental of the physical Party Pen space for the time(s) you select and holds your spot. It is due in advance as Party Pens reservations will sell out.

Step 2: Pay for Tickets and Add-Ons! Purchase tickets for you and your guests, plus other fun add-ons. Tickets and Add-Ons are in addition to the Party Pen Fee and are payable at check-in.

Upgrade to the Premium Party Pen! Are you hosting a large birthday party, company picnic, employee or client appreciation event, church gathering or youth organization? We now offer the option to upgrade to our Premium Party Pen for extra room and seating to accommodate 60+ people! Please choose Party Pen #4 when making your reservation to reserve this space!

Party FAQ & Policies:

  • Each guest must purchase a ticket for access to the Fall Fun Festival and to access the Party Pens. You are responsible for distributing wristbands that you purchase to your guests.
  • Refund Policy: To make a reservation, and hold your spot at a Party Pen, you pay the Party Pen Fee at the time of booking ($75 or $125, depending on which Party Pen you select).
    • The Party Pen Fee is fully refundable IF:
      • Gaver Farm closes the Fall Fun Fest on your party date; in which case your party will be cancelled, and the deposit fully refunded. Fall Fun Fest CLOSURES happen due to bad weather, poor farm conditions and state/local mandated closures.
      • You cancel at least 30 days in advance of your party date (email [email protected]).
    • The Party Pen Fee is non-refundable within 30 days of your party date.
      • No refunds for extra tickets purchased; exchange unused wristbands for passes to visit another time. You must complete exchanges in person before 6:30 pm on the day of your party.
    • Cash or credit accepted, no personal checks.
    • Guests purchasing tickets on their own pay general admission (no discounts). Please see pricing on our website- online tickets can be purchased prior to your event, or onsite on the day of your visit.
    • Party Pens are available on weekdays! You pay weekday general admission (no weekday ticket discounts).
    • Trash and recycling cans are provided. No electricity. No grill usage or open flames. No pets.
    • Each Party Pen includes (1) 8-foot table, (4) 6-foot picnic tables and (1) pinata hook.
      • Premium Party Pen #4 includes (2) 8-foot tables, (8) 6-foot picnic tables and (1) pinata hook.
    • Fall Fun Festival admission is for the entire day, not just during your party time slot!
      • Check-in times are flexible! You can check-in for your party as early as 9:30 am for 10:00 am reservations and as early as 10 am for 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm reservations so you can play all day.
    • Reservation includes ½ hour before your time slot for set-up and ½ hour after for clean-up.
      • Party Pen entry and departure is not flexible as there are other parties scheduled.
    • Private group hayride can be scheduled anytime, not just during your party time slot! Private hayrides are only available during the month of September. During the month of October, you are welcome to take a free general hayride anytime (weekends 10 am – 6 pm, running continuously; last outbound hayride at 5:30 pm).
    • Food Orders: submit the Party Food Order Form to [email protected] by 9 am on the Thursday before your party. You are welcome to order from any food stand on your own on the party day (wait times apply).
    • If you are hosting a Corporate or Company event and are interested in purchasing PYO pumpkins and/or PYO apples, you must set up terms and hayride reservations in advance with Laura by emailing [email protected]. You DO NOT need a Party Pen Reservation to set up a Picking Event.

Party Food Options

Party Food Orders will be delivered directly to your Party Pen at or around a specified time. You are also welcome to purchase food a la carte directly from the concessions windows at your convenience (wait times may apply).
